As we launch our website, South Africa and many countries in the world are experiencing a lockdown to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

This is particularly focused on what COVID-19 means for people living with HIV. We include information on the risks and how to reduce them as well as managing HIV care at this time. For example making sure you pick up at least two months of ART so you don’t have to visit the clinic so often.
This information is changing rapidly – as are the lockdown rules in South Africa. So we will be updating it regularly. And we will also be including some ideas to help you stay healthy both physically and mentally.
